EPIC Solutions

As Vice President, Engineering, led the successful development and implementation of the nation-wide New Zealand Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS), which operates 20+ National Jails and Prisons.  This system was then deployed into County- and State-wide systems in the United States as eCellblock.

Motorola Solutions

As a Senior Product and Program Manager, directed development of the OffenderTrak and ImageTrak product lines and successful deployments in County-wide and State-wide correctional management systems.

Tiburon

As Vice President, Engineering, oversaw development, support, and maintenance of over 30 products, supporting law enforcement agencies

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)

As Vice President and Division Manager, managed major DoD programs and the development and deployment of the MOSAIC commercial document imaging product.
